Modern US programs include digital behavioral health platforms, on-demand therapy, and "preventative" mental health days that are separate from traditional PTO. Organizations are also focusing on the "root causes" of burnout—such as unrealistic workloads and rigid schedules—by training managers to model healthy behaviors and normalize conversations around stress.
