Understanding Mobile Sessions

I’ve been noticing lately how different my brain feels when I’m scrolling through my phone compared to when I’m actually sitting at my desk. Usually, if I’m on my laptop, I’m focused on a specific task, but on my phone, it’s like I’m just killing time in five-minute bursts while waiting for my coffee or sitting on the bus. It feels way more fragmented and restless. Does anyone else feel like their mobile habits are just a totally different beast compared to their normal digital routines?
